Most "offshore" hosts still ask for an email, a card, or quietly demand ID once you spend enough. We designed BTCServers so there is nothing to ask for. Accounts need only an email and a password — a burner is fine; payment is crypto into a prepaid balance; and there is no threshold at which verification suddenly appears.
