Acceptable Use Policy
We defend privacy hard. We also draw a clear line. Here is exactly where it is.
The spirit of this policy
BTCServers exists so that legitimate work can happen without surveillance. To keep the network stable, unblocked and available to everyone, a small set of activities is prohibited — not because a form letter told us to, but because they cause real harm or would get the whole network attacked or delisted.
Prohibited network-wide
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, no exceptions
- Content or activity that facilitates terrorism or credible threats of violence
- Trafficking in humans, weapons, or similarly harmful goods
- Operations whose purpose is to defraud or steal from others (phishing kits, carding, ransomware operation)
- Mass unsolicited email (spam) that threatens our IP reputation and network stability
- Attacks launched from our network: DDoS origination, intrusion, malware C2 targeting third parties
What we do NOT police
Outside the categories above, we are deliberately hands-off. We do not action automated DMCA notices in our privacy-tier regions, we do not inspect your workloads, and we do not treat privacy tooling — VPNs, Tor relays, proxies, nodes — as suspicious. Running your own infrastructure is the point.
Enforcement
Clear violations of the prohibited categories may result in suspension. We favour the narrowest action that resolves the harm, and where practical we explain the reason through your account. We resist fishing-expedition requests and require proper legal process within the relevant jurisdiction.
