Privacy Pledge
Plain language, no legalese theatre. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do not, and what we promise.
The short version: we never ask who you are, so there is no identity in our systems to leak, subpoena, freeze or sell.
What we do NOT collect
- No government ID, passport or selfie — no KYC at any spend level
- No card numbers or billing identity (crypto only)
- No real name, phone or identity behind your account
- No phone number and no SMS verification
- No selling, brokering or bundling of any access data
What we do keep, and why
To run and secure the network we keep the minimum operational data required — things like the existence of your account, your balance, and short-lived technical logs needed to fight abuse and keep servers online. This data has a short retention window and is never tied to a verified identity, because we never collect one.
Encryption and access
Storage volumes support AES-256 encryption at rest, and you can bring your own keys so a volume is fully opaque to us. Account recovery is handled by email — a burner inbox works, and no name or identity is ever attached to your account.
Our promises
- We never freeze or claw back your prepaid balance
- Your balance never expires
- We do not run trackers that sell your behaviour to third parties
- We will not invent a KYC requirement after you have funded an account
Privacy here is architectural. The strongest guarantee is not a promise to protect your data — it is never having collected it.
