Terms of Service

The agreement between you and BTCServers. Written to be read, not to hide things in.

Last updated July 6, 2026

By creating an account or deploying a service on BTCServers ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts

Accounts require only an email and a password — a burner email is fine. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Account recovery is handled by email, so keep access to whatever inbox you sign up with.

2. Prepaid balance

Services are funded from a prepaid balance topped up with cryptocurrency. Balances are denominated for billing convenience and are spent as you deploy and run services. Your balance does not expire, and we do not freeze or claw back funds except where required to reverse a clear technical error.

Cryptocurrency top-ups are final once confirmed. Because transactions are irreversible, we cannot reverse a top-up sent to the wrong network or address.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. In short: privacy-first does not mean anything goes, and a narrow set of genuinely harmful activities is prohibited network-wide.

4. Availability

We target 99.99% uptime and operate redundant power, cooling and network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss or force majeure. Keep your own backups.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate services that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, threaten the stability or security of the network, or are used to harm others. Where practical we will tell you why through your account.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your prepaid balance allocated to the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
